Prof. Dr. Alaa Ibrahim participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis tagged with (the responsibility of the administration for missing the opportunity a comparative study), which took place in the College of Law and on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini as a supervising member and he praised the scientific observations made by the members of the discussion committee and directed the researcher to take them when printing the thesis.
